New Home Sales Rise 125% in the First Quarter of 2007
Reno, NV - April 9, 2007: The Sales and Marketing Council of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada announced that new home sales increased during the first quarter of 2007. New homes sales were at 907 through the end of March, a 125% increase over sales in the fourth quarter of 2006. In fact, first quarter sales were higher than the third and fourth quarters of last year combined. The communities surveyed also reported 46% increase in model home traffic. More
