2018-2019 Legislative Agenda

While BANN staff and committees are heavily involved in the state capitol during the legislative session, they are also working on a daily basis with local officials regarding regulations and fees that impact your business.

BANN and its membership also enjoy the support of a well-respected parent organization, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) based in Washington, D.C.

NAHB works hard to defeat excessive regulations and to protect your business. They fight for our members on Capitol Hill, in our state and in the communities where you do business. Their advocacy efforts include educating policymakers and the Administration, building successful coalitions, and mobilizing our grassroots on a range of issues.

Another way BANN represents its members is through its political efforts. BANN's political action committee supports candidates seeking office that understand and support pro-housing issues.
