We would like to thank you for attending the hearings in Carson City last Monday.  The turnout was fantastic and the testimony from our members' experiences was very moving. A special thank you to Ray Pezonella, Sue Cavallero, Bob Fehling, Brett Seabert, Norman Dianda, and Mary Davis.  
 
The vehicle to move our issue in the Assembly will be the Speakers bill, AB 401.  There are several strategies we will be employing over the next couple of months to amend the bill.  We are in discussion with the Senate on the Bill Draft we will be using for Attorney Fees.
 
Please expect to act on our future “Calls to Action".  Your efforts were very impressive and effective.  Our online polling alone turned support of our bill to 4 to 1 in favor of passage.  Well done!
 
Finally, we will be asking many of you to continue to reach out to our members of the Nevada Legislature and to participate in “Letter to the Editor” campaign.
