Assembly Republicans included "change construction defect law to protect contractors and subcontractors against lawsuits" in their list of five demands that the Democrats must agree to before they will consider supporting any tax package. How can you do more? 1- Attend our General Membership Luncheon on Wednesday, March 9th for an update from Bruce King and Jay Parmer. King is the chair of the Coalition for Fairness in Construction and Parmer is the Legislative Strategist for The Builders.
