BANN's team of experienced advocates works year-round to lobby state and local legislative reforms that benefit all aspects of the building industry. Priorities include eliminating excessive fees, duplicate permitting, costly litigation, growth control and other barriers that constrain housing production. The association monitors bills and ordinances that involve building issues and works to amend or defeat measures that would adversely impact the industry.
