beautiful Sparks Marina, located on East Lincoln Way in
Sparks, NV. Sparks is at 4,500' elevation, and is located
at the base of the Sierra Nevada Range, 4 miles from Reno
and just 40 minutes from pristine Lake Tahoe.
J&A Productions, L.L.C. will again be managing this

Championchip
Timing:
All athletes will be timed using a ChampionChip traditionally
worn on the ankle. All athletes are responsible for the
timely return of the chip and will be charged $35.00 for
lost chips.
Packet
Pick-Up:
Packet Pick-up will begin on Friday, August 15, 2003, from
1:30-6 PM at the race venue for the Mid-Distance Race. If
you do not pick up your race packet on Friday, you may pick
it up on race morning during these limited times ONLY:
5:30

Registration
Race Day:
If there is space available registration is from 5:30 -
7 AM
USAT:
Mid-Distance Race is sanctioned by USAT. You must have your
USAT Membership Card with you to pick up your race packet.
If you do not bring your USAT Membership Card with you,
you will have to pay the one-day USAT fees. For anyone who
is not a member of USAT you will have to pay a $9 race fee
for individuals or $27 for Relay Teams. NO EXCEPTIONS!
