Since 1956, The Builders Association of Northern Nevada has worked on many levels by providing services for its members.

Although this list is not complete, The Builders Association of Northern Nevada is constantly working to bring new ideas, programs and services to the forefront for its members.

• We are working with all local public entities on adoption of 2006 IBC, consistent across all jurisdictions.
• We created a partnership with CHSI to save you money on Worker's Compensation.
• Protected our future by interviewing and endorsing Pro-Housing Candidates during the 2006 election.
• Received NAHB Grant Money for legal advice on concurrency.
• Provided dynamic industry education seminars--including courses with CEU's and Professional Designations.
• Established an Energy and Conservation Subcommittee.
• Received written opinion from the Legislative Council Bureau clarifying Sparks Parks Impact Fees Protest.
• Improved TMWA's map approval process.
• Created a partnership with Applied Staffing Solutions to save you money on staffing and HR.
• Hired a full time Lobbyist to represent BANN at the Nevada Legislature.
• Financially supported a new facility for the Academy For Career Education Charter High School.
• Keeping abreast of issues and maintaining working relationships with local government officials and staff.
• Participated on task forces on Water, Capital Construction for Education, Construction Defect and Affordable Housing.
